The Congregate Meal Programs offer seniors over 60 and over not only an opportunity to dine with friends, but also to socialize, participate in lunchtime lectures, become involved in special events and activities, and make lunchtime a highlight of the day. Our delicious lunches are catered in and served at 11:30 am weekdays at two West Suburban Senior Services' sites. Lunches provide one third of the Recommended Daily Allowance requirements and include milk and dessert as well as coffee. All meals are low in sodium and fat, and conform with diabetic diets. Reservations are required 24 hours in advance. The suggested contribution for lunch is $2.00 and senior citizens may purchase a special diner’s card that reduces the suggested meal cost.
